Relationship Banking Assistant

Job Description:Directly/indirectly involved in creating / maintaining commercial banking relationships with clients ranging in annual sales of between $30 - $500 million. Duties would include, but not limited to, solving client service issues, document preparation, opening new accounts on system, and assisting in group projects booking of loans according to Regions Bank policy, clearing document exceptions, NSF's, processing payments and advances, maintaining credit files, and wire transfers according to policy and other administrative duties as required. This individual is the primary resource for problem solving and client service as it relates to the team and their clients. Accuracy in reporting and compliance with policy is critical with this position. Qualifications:Strong people skills and team orientation. Comfortable and proficient with MicroSoft office suite software(s) and ability to learn in-house systems. Prior banking experience and knowledge preferred.
