BS Degree 85K plus. Initiate and implement process improvement with emphasis on reducing process variation, improving product consistency, improving productivity, reducing production costs. Lead teams in FMEA, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis. Using conceptual design and data collection and analysis, perform engineering calculations that support mathematical models to solve operating problems and optimize line operations. Support production in autonomous maintenance to achieve maximum self-sufficiency. Manage small production improvement projects. Lead efforts to improve utilization/effectiveness of process monitoring equipment.
