Reliability Engineer - Pipeline Refinery Skills Required: Reliability Engineer, Pipeline, Refinery, RCM, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, CMMS, RCFA, CMRP Job Description: Reliability Engineer - Pipeline RefineryWe have an immediate opening for a Reliability Specialist to work at our Operations Center and offer relocation assistance for the right candidate.What you will be doing: * Identify and support the implementation of predictive tech., evaluating, condition, monitoring data. * Develop equipment maintenance plans. * Develop preventive maintenance procedures to provide effective and efficient solution to reliability. * Participate in regulatory PM system audits as deemed necessary by management. * Participate in the proj mgt/eng process to ensure reliability concerns are addressed & supported. * Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) effort to determine failure mode where applicable. * Inspect new installations and equipment at vendor sites to identify & remedy possible reliability issues. What you will need: * B.S. degree in engineering and 1+ yrs Reliability experience in the pipeline or refinery industry. * Working knowledge of Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM). * Experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. * Exp. w/Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). * Hold a Society of Maintenance Reliability Professionals certification (CMRP) or obtain the CMRP within three (3) years of accepting the position.
