Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Reference Code: US_EN_1_025132_7337200 Location: Goleta Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Description:Candidate would perform internal monitoring functions which include analysis of data, site issue resolution, training of site personnel on requirements of the study, coordinating the collection of forms, data, etc., completing projects and processing of information received from sites. The position is a mixture of phone work (communication with sites on a daily basis), computer work (use of Excel, Word, Filemaker Pro, Oracle Clinical) to keep track of several projects associated with the clinical trial and associated with the sites that the RA is managing, and paperwork processing (creating phone notes, faxes, excel spreadsheet reports and other special reports as needed). This person would need to follow procedures as we are governed by FDA regulations. I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, has excellent communication skills, is articulate, adaptable to a changing environment, has excellent verbal and written skills, is able to multi-task, is a team player but is also able to work independently, is results oriented and is organized.Job Experience:Medical office experience a bonus.
