Research Manager

The Research Manager is one of the critical contributors in Research Systems, working directly with internal and external teams to complete primary market research projects for our clients.  Successful project management at BI requires a talented individual with a unique set of skills and a demonstrated track record of success.

 

What you provide:

-  3 to 5 years of primary market research supplier experience

-  Blend of qualitative and quantitative skills

-  Balance of consumer and B2B research

-  Depth of skill in diverse data collection methodologies

-  Experience in statistical and narrative report generation techniques

-  Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously

-  Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

-  Respect for all client confidentiality

-  Ability to facilitate teamwork across project members

-  Exceptional interpersonal skills

-  Rich problem-solving capabilities

-  Strong attention to detail

-  Proficiency in MS Office

-  BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience

 

What you will get to do:

-  Lead client relationship management on market research programs

-  Create project design, analysis plans, and budgets

-  Provide hands-on direction for projects and programs daily

-  Coordinate efforts of internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery

-  Develop and maintain project budgets

-  Manage all aspects of primary marketing research projects (qualitative and quantitative)

-  Implement projects across many methodologies (mail, telephone, interactive, IVR in-person, etc.)

-  Design and compose questionnaires and discussion guides

-  Write client reports (Executive Summaries to Comprehensive Interpretive Reports)

-  Aid in preparation and delivery of client presentations
