Battelle is currently seeking 2 Research Telephone Interviewers for our Seattle, WA operations. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Gathers research data through telephone interviews. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts telephone interviews for multiple research studies using structured forms or computer applications to gather and record data. Carries out accurate, consistent and reliable data collection methods following project-specific training instructions. Works within acceptable error ranges. Works according to production schedules. May work a variety of shifts. Performs other assigned duties REQUIREMENTS: Prior interviewing experience desirable. Must have excellent oral communication and comprehension skills.
