Risk Management Fraud Analyst

Pemco Technologies seeks a Risk Management Fraud Analyst. We have 2 shifts available: FT 6:00PM-2:30 AM Wednesday through Sunday and PT 11:30 AM-8:00 PM Thursday through Sunday. - Shifts include holidays. Do you have a curious mind?  Do you love to help customers? 

 

Qualifications:

·  Customer Service or Call Center experience required.

·  Prior credit card or credit card fraud experience preferred.

·  Flexible regarding changing work loads, work functions, and shift schedules.

·  Excellent phone communication skills,

·  Able to handle upset customers and maintain composure during times of high volumes.

·  Attention to detail and sense of urgency required.

·  Must be a quick learner.

·  Problem solving, critical thinking skills & organizational skills necessary.

·  Must be a self starter with excellence attendance.

·  PC skills necessary + type 30-40 WPM.

 

Key Duties:

·  Review Visa and MasterCard transactions to catch and stop fraud in a call center type environment.

·  Review 6,000-10,000+ potential fraud alerts per month.

·  Place outbound calls to card holders on behalf of their credit union to verify transactions.

·  May make and receive 500 to 1000+ phone calls per month.

·  Take calls and complete reports for lost or stolen credit cards.
