Route Sales Representative Trainee

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Will train in Route Operations on how to effectively sell and deliver HOD packaged water products and provide exemplary customer service to new and existing customers.  Develop a relationship with and provide service and products to new and existing customers that ensure customer retention and increase customer loyalty.  Complete scheduled service calls and resolve customer problems or complaints.  Fulfill all commitments received from the Contact Center.  Use PC process/system to manage customers in keying transactions, balance all route activities, follow daily am/pm procedures and maintain customer data.  Protect Company assets, including collection of equipment and payments.  May assist with operating routes in relief of assigned Route Sales Representatives.  Safely operate routes in relief of assigned Route Sales Representatives according to Company policy and service excellence.  Safely operate Company vehicle to sell and deliver package water cases and, on average, (180) 3 or 5-gallon containers of water per day.  Each 5-gallon container weighs approximately 43 pounds.  This is not a complete description of the Route Trainee role.

 

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent.  CDL Permit required where applicable.  All minimum pre-employment qualifications must be met.

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Route Operations desirable.
