SAFETY COORDINATOR

SAFETY COORDINATOREldeco, an electrical contractor is seeking a Safety Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring and coordinating company safety and health programs. This would include conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, safety training, reporting, and internal communications with regards to safety concerns, and upon request, company representation for OSHA Regulatory citations and appeals.* Advises personnel regarding safety protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance * Maintain documentation necessary to comply withregulatory statutes * Interface with corporate, client and subcontractorsafety management* Should be an OSHA trainer or have the ability tocomplete OSHA training for trainer * Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent degree/work experience is preferred.
