SAFETY SECURITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

Kraft Foods in Toledo, OH currently has an opening for a Safety, Security and Environmental Manager. The successful applicant will be expected to excel at the following: Monitor Kraft safety and risk management process, OSHA regulations and workers compensation case management. Lead, implement and support occupational health and safety initiatives to reduce incident rates, sick days and workers compensation events. Lead, implement and support all Security and Environmental programs and processes at the facility. Support or represent plant/corporate role in community to help ensure Kraft is "employer of choice." Minimum qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety or related field and at least 3 years experience in Industrial Safety and/or Environmental, and Security management role. Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment as well as solid working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations. Experience leading and managing in a union environment as well as a food manufacturing environment desired. Kraft Foods offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
