SAP Business Analyst

Job Description:Ajilon Consulting is working with our Westlake, Ohio client to identify an SAP Business Analyst for a full-time, in-house position. Our client seeks a motivated individual to join its SAP I/T team as a Business Analyst with focus on MM and SD. Assist in implementation of new and revised SAP business processes; create or assist with the creation of design specifications for new projects and determination of timelines; evaluate and understand the application of all SAP functions and features, as well as customization for SAP MM and SD modules including integration with FI. Key I/T resource to support the functional team when changes are needed to the MM and SD Modules. Assist ABAP developers with design, development, unit and integration testing and implementation of custom programming. Work with the functional teams to finalize testing and implement new processes in Production. Monitor progress against budgets and timelines. Assist and/or lead meetings with project teams to keep projects on target. Document business process and procedures in SAP MM and SD modules. Perform knowledge transfer to team members and peers; assist process owners with user training of changes implemented; establish strong business relationships to identify opportunities for process improvements and to emphasize adoption. Drive BW content for MM and SD modules from functional perspective.Excellent compensation and company benefits offered. Willing to relocate. Job Experience:Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, Accounting or Information Systems preferred. Must have three to five years experience with SAP in various modules including configuration experience. Experience required with MM and SD pricing and configuration. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational/communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong time-management skills and work well in a team environment. Strong analytical and people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams. Experience in a Downstream Oil environment and with a 4.7 version of SAP or higher and SAP Business Warehouse experience a plus.This company may offer relocation assistance.
