Currently, we are seeking a Sr. SAP Engineer for our Neenah WI locationThis team player possesses the depth and breadth of knowledge required to provide infrastructure related consulting, innovation, design, and engineering related to new and existing SAP technologies, which are engineered in line with established architectural direction and standards. The candidate enjoys working with new software products, and provides expertise for all SAP Netweaver First-of-A-Kind, ramp-up, and co-development initiatives. As an SAP Engineer you will be encouraged to actively participate in SAP related influence councils and user groups, as a means to influence vendor direction in a way that maximizes the benefit to Kimberly-Clark.The individual will work closely with our SAP delivery partner to commoditize standard services wherever feasible. Candidates must have the ability to work closely with individuals at various levels within the organization, both internal and external to Kimberly-Clark; be enterprise focused; demonstrate cultural sensitivity; are process and results orientated; have excellent troubleshooting skills; exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills; are resilient; and can deal effectively with confrontation. May provide functional leadership to other team members.Advanced understanding of SAP technical infrastructure components for both ABAP and Java based SAP solutions is required. Typically, this competency is gained over a period of 10-15 years as a SAP Basis/Netweaver Administrator. In addition, this individual ideally has a solid understanding of database management systems, including DB2, Oracle, MaxDB, and SQL Server.
