SAP FI Manager (Telecom, Media & Entertainment)

The primary role of the SAP FI Manager is to support medium to large engagement teams by providing hands-on technical expertise in the development and configuration of SAP module solutions as well as working in a leadership role. While often technical in scope, consultants also work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Also identifies, develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.

 

Candidates will be immediately deployed on a challenging client engagement with our current Media & Entertainment client and will have growth opportunities in multiple SAP solutions for our growing Telecom, Media and Entertainment Business Unit.

 

Responsibilities

 

Participate in the delivery and configuration of FI in conjunction with an OTC and AR implementation

Understand FICO process with an emphasis on FI process design and flows with Asset Management, Asset Accounting and tax ledger, and special purpose ledger in particular. 

Ability to lead and manage a small team and interface productively with client partners

 

Skill Profile

 

Functional knowledge of SD, FICO, OTC required. Strong foundation in SAP R/3.

5-7 years SAP FICO lead experience specifically with AA, SPL and US tax experience

Media and Entertainment experience is preferred

Strong facilitation, communication and client-interaction skills

 

Must be local to LA or willing to relocate to the Greater Los Angeles area.
