Job Description:*****THIS POSITION IS FOR AN EMPLOYEE. CONTRACTORS OR CORP-TO-CORP WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. POSITION PREFERENCE IS JACKSONVILLE, FL WITH RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED. ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS CAN BE AT THE CLIENT SITE IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY OR WORK AT HOME WITH TRAVEL TO THE CLIENT SITE.*****Dimension & Scope: Reports to the Global Technology Program Manager and is integrated with the Global Solution Lead relative to solution delivery and understanding. Depending on scope, this individual may also have accountability for regional payroll services delivery when multiple systems are required and the Payroll Services Technical Manager is performing directed SAP only functions.This position is regional lead responsible for technical delivery of a localized solution based on the global solution. A solution is defined as localized when it is transformed to meet local statutory, regulatory or contract requirements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Client Project Plan Maintenance• Internal Project Plan Maintenance• Management and escalation of Risks and Issues• Coordination for IT between the Functional Towers• Status reporting• Team meeting facilitation• Coordination and issue management with the PMO• Validation of Status and Deliverables• Communications management across the team (internal and overall project team)• Accountable for identification and management of localization in the following areas of the solution:• Personnel Administration• Organizational Management• Compensation• Staffing (Taleo)• Talent Management (SuccessFactors)• Personnel Development• Benefits• Payroll• Time & Attendance• Integration with the development team• Solution walk-throughs and QA hand offs• Accountable for integration with the Global build team and Architecture team to ensure successful application of standards into the implementation as well as escalation of standards variation requirements for analysis and acceptance per defined protocolsThis position may or may not have direct configuration management resopnsibility in SAP and/or ancillary applications as part of the overall solution delivery.Education & Professional Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with ten or more years related experience; orEquivalent combination of education and experience.Candidate Profile:• Minimum of 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations focused directly on any of the following with full accountability for delivery - HR Administration/Org Management/Personnel Development/Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/Time & Attendance preferred as manager or project manager• 5 - 7 years HR systems implementation experience• 3 – 5 years SAP HR systems implementation experience required• 2 – 3 years hands on SAP HR configuration experience preferred• 3 - 5 years project management experience• 3 - 5 years direct staff management and supervisionMinimum Education Required: BachelorExpected Travel Time: More than 50%This company may offer relocation assistance.
