SAP HR Portal Analyst

Job Description:***** THIS POSITION IS FOR AN EMPLOYEE. CORP-TO-CORP OR CONTRACT CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THE POSITION IS LOCATED IN JACKSONVILLE WITH RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.*****Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the SAP PortalThis position will be responsible for the implementation, support, and growth of the portal environment as well as related IT support within the enterpriseDevelop an overall Partner Portal design plan collaboratively with Functional Design TeamDevelop and maintain the portal environment Comply with established defined coding standards, integration strategies, and procedures to meet business requirementsProvide technical expertise within the portal environmentEnsure continuity of design and delivered look and feel between the portal and the requirementsProactively monitor and resolve issues related to the Portal and its components during UAT processDevelop and maintain documentation in relation to the Portal, including change control and release management activitiesEducation & Professional Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline and six years relevant experience ORMaster’s Degree in related technical discipline and four years relevant experience OREleven years relevant experience without college degree. Candidate Profile:The preferred candidate will have at least 8 years experience in application development and will have had SAP NetWeaver developer responsibilities for at least 2 engagements in a consulting environment, covering the following areas: SAP NetWeaver Portal design and development, SAP Portal Server related technologies, Understanding of Portal/Application Services processes, Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutionsA minimum of 2 years experience in a consulting environmentA minimum of 2 years experience working in an SAP HR portal environmentA minimum of 3 years technical documentation experience – will be required to define and write Technical Detailed Design Specifications (TDDS) in support of the build solution A minimum of 3 years experience in off-shore integration development model where by developer written TDDS is sent off-shore for development and back to core team for testingExperience in implementing or supporting an SAP Enterprise Portal (version 6.0) environmentHands-on development using KM, TREX, & CollaborationHands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Evaluation of key technical capabilities across vendorsTechnical requirements definition & mapping, Leadership of testing & technology deployment Strong interpersonal skills for communication with IT leadership and functional business teamsMinimum Education Required: BachelorExpected Travel Time: NoneThis company may offer relocation assistance.
