Technical Payroll Lead Analyst

Synergy Business Consulting requires an experienced SAP Payroll Technical Lead to support the Information Technology team at one of South Florida’s oldest and most admired publicly listed corporations. This is a contract to hire opportunity with excellent compensation and benefits.

Summary of Responsibilities:

 

-  Partner with business to establish, long term strategic business and systems objectives.


- Provide SAP applicable solution options, assessing cost, and best practices


- Work with end-users to trouble shoot application issues or problems


- Lead projects to address business requirements and enhancements through design


- Expected to work with business process team members (technical and basis) and subject matter experts (end users) to produce requirements and design documents.


- Perform functional testing to assure that business requirements are being met while following technical standards.


-  Interacts with program management, functional and technical team leads, ABAP team members, Basis (system administration), and business process team members.


- Participate in support packages and system upgrades as needed

 

 

 

Requirements:

 Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineAt least 8 years experience in IT Analysis supporting ERP Solution SoftwareMinimum 5 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience with other cross functional modulesExperience in design and development in the Payroll and Time Management module, with project experience in other HR areas, such as PA, OM, and Recruitment.Experienced in both SAP implementations and sustaining support using SAP best practices and ASAP Methodology.Excellent working knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasks in regards to Payroll and HR that include BSI Tub updates, US Taxes,  payroll schema's and rules.Experience on 4.6C and 6.0  requiredGood project management techniques are required, operating as part of a team organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation
