Job Experience:5 - 7 years experience in the design and configuration of the Time and Attendance module. Countries preferred - US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, France, Gemany, Italy, UK SAP 2004 or higher preferred 5 - 7 years experience implementing: Work schedules Holiday Calendars Plant Calendars Schemas Custom Rules Custom Operations Leave Requests CATS eCATS Quotas 2 - 4 years experience with integration to BW 4 - 6 years experience with the use of standard integration as well as the design and implementation of custom integration points 2 - 4 years experience with the design and implementation of user exits 2 - 4 years experience with the design and implementation of mass change processes 2 - 6 years experience with the design and implementation of interfaces 1 - 5 years experience with the design and implementation of custom reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAP 2 - 3 years experience with Mercury Quality Center A minimum of 2 - 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations 1 - 2 global implementations preferred 3 - 5 years experience in using ASAP Methodology for delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the design and implementation of workflow relative to time and attendance 2 - 4 years experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of 3 countries) experience (minimum of 3 countries)
