SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

Senior Customer Service Reps ANCHOR HOCKING, located in LANCASTER, OH, manufactures a wide range of glass products serving several categories, including Candle/Storage, Tabletop, Industrial and Lighting and Craft and Floral. Currently, we have (2) openings for this position, each of which will be responsible for effective communication with internal/external customers via phone, face-to-face, and written communications. Complete edit, pricing validation, order entry, customer maintenance, and other order processing tasks for assigned accounts and as needed for back up purposes; and perform traffic routing/scheduling tasks for assigned accounts. Qualified candidates will possess a HS Diploma (or equivalent); knowledge of pricing, product, logistics, various systems (PC and ERP); strong skills in communication, multi-tasking, and PC's; and two-four years' of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
