CPS Technologies Corporation is the world leader in providing AlSiC thermal management materials and electronic packaging designs for microelectronics and power electronics.  As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the following role:

SENIOR SALESMAN

 

This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced self starter who is motivated by the desire to win.  Successful candidate will actively promote and sell to new and existing targeted accounts and will possess the ability to identify and close business opportunities by phone, e-mail and in-person, while building and growing customer relationships.  Candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the team to ensure product is designed for manufacturability and profitability.  Candidate will have demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years in related markets and will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.  Candidate will attend trade shows, conventions and training programs, and must possess a willingness to travel, including abroad.  BS in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience required
