SMT Operator

Job Category:  Manufacturing/Production/Operations Reference Code:  US_EN_1_025116_7417124 Location:  Fremont Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Description:We are looking for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operators who will use machines to print, assemble, reflow, and inspect printed circuit assemblies. Will use quality practices and procedures to assure all assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured. Inspect components to ensure the machines placed the correct value part in the appropriate location on the assembly. Measure the solder paste height on the pasted printed circuit card to ensure the correct amount of solder paste is applied during the solder paste print function.Job Experience:Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 1-3 years of experience operating SMT Machines(Fuji Machines. A High School education or equivalent is required. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important. Employee will need to obtain basic soldering skills and have the ability to learn all aspects of the SMT process.Employee must work safely, at all times, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information. Proper knowledge of equipment and tools.
