We have an immediate need for a QA Test EngineerLocation: San Francisco, CADuration: 6months contract Client: Financial IndustryQA Test Engineer3-5 years related experience including exposure to testing automation tools. Position to provide test support for EWS and SSN Alternate Search. May also provide support to projects in release 3.08 & 4.08. They include but not limited to: CTR, Separate Account List, Pre-approved deposit list, CTR, Customer Phone Migration. Responsible for actively participating in regular project status meetings and provide updates; Develop test plan, test scripts and the execution of both; Document problem tickets and ensure appropriate follow through to resolution. Work as a team to help meet department and project deliverables. Platform and Skill Set Expertise: QA Testing : Test Case DevelopmentDescription: Creates, prepares, and conducts quality assurance reviews and develops and executes test plans and test scripts. Works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex test problems.
