Job Experience:Technical Skills:Candidates must be a self-starter and immediately contribute to a highly focused team. The ability to quickly identify and resolve complex COTS integration/configuration problems is essential. Some travel may be required. . Applicants must have demonstrable in SQL development. Experience developing SQL solutions for clients. 2 -4 years experience SQL Desired Skills:. Strong hands on experience and knowledge of SQL. Experience in SQL 2005/8. Experience in Database Migration (at least one successful database migration project where the candidate played a significant technical role). Knowledge and experience is use of the Microsoft suite of tools. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently and research/resolve technical issues and solutions. Skilled at performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communications skills, both verbal and written. Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of individuals and personalities
