Job Description Job Description:Sr. Accountant, Special Project Accounting, up to $85KThis position is responsible for the development and ongoing accounting activity for international and domestic legal entities. Primary responsibilities will include: liaison with cash management department to ensure proper cash flow transactions liaison with corporate tax department to ensure proper accounting treatment liaison with corporate accounting department to determine adjustments required for proper treatment of international and tax filings liaison with corporate legal department to ensure business activities are in compliance with all intercompany agreements develop the accounting for all such entities using Lawson multi-ledger software prepare financial statements for such entities on a monthly basis participate in strategic planning meetings with accounting and legal advisors.A successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of related experience . Strong analytical skills are essential. MUST have a four year degree in Accounting. Public accounting experience from larger CPA firms preferred.
