SR. IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST

Responsible for  the management of world-wide customer implementation projects by effectively planning, scheduling, controlling, and bringing to closure multiple, small to large, high profile projects. „X Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths. „X Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. „X Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions. „X Reporting: Monitors and reports on the status of project efforts through integrator status meetings and project schedule internal postings „X Scope: Ensures the project remains focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged on the project. Execute world-wide customer implementations per project plan including: „X Ensuring customer readiness „X Conducting Instructor-Led training at customer site „X Performing workflow analysis to gain an understanding of a customer’s infrastructure (people, processes, technologies and data) for recommendation and implementation „X Install and configure Windows PC software „X Work with Technical Installation and Support teams to resolve technical issues.
