Seeking a Senior Manager, Field Manager Training. This position will lead and manage the "Field Manager" Training Program. You will be responsible for coordinating and working with other departments, and other department managers to have a standardized development and training process for Field Managers.

 

Additional responsibilities include developing, managing, conducting and updating New Field Manager Training programs. This function requires coordinating directly with HUMAN RESOURCES, Vendors, Senior Sales Management, and the Director, Training for the conduct of the training.

 

This position will also facilitate field manager training programs, oversee vendors and internal personnel to ensure the successful design and roll-out of training programs and projects that positively impact the productivity of the organization. The Sr.Manager, Field Manager Training will work with Senior Sales Management and the Director, Training on the development and managing of the Annual Field Manager Developmental training. You will also analyze and effectively implement processes and training programs as well as actively participate in all training department training initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Bachelors degree

5+ more years overall pharmaceutical industry experience

3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience

2+ years district manager experience

1+ year experience sales training (preferred)

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
