Must have good knowledge of international tax law/regulations. The candidate will have tax research skills of complex international tax issues. Proficiency in US GAAP is desired. Preferred experience with a corp tax department, Big 4/8 accounting firm, or energy industry experience is a BIG plus. BS/BA required, MS/CPA in required. Will ensure completion of tax returns for the company and all subsidiaries, including partnerships, exempt organizations, trusts, pension plans and llc's. Manages all tax disclosures. Strong knowledge of forms: 1120F,5471,8850, 1118.The ideal candidate has experience with FAS123R. International tax planning experience is required. Will be responsible for providing experience guidance to Managers and Analysts for all appropriate international tax issues.
