Job Description Job Description:Our Dallas, TX office is looking for a Structural EIT to join our team of nationally ranked engineering professionals. The primary duties of the Structural EIT are to conduct analyses to develop design options or recommendations and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications for structural engineering projects. The main focus will be on the preliminary design of commercial, institutional, and light industrial buildings. Our primary focus is the design of new buildings, additions and renovations to existing structures, structural investigations and evaluations, and the design of repairs for damaged or under strength structures. Our clients include architects, institutions, municipalities, owners, and developers. In addition, we design civil and site related structures such as bridges, retaining walls, etc. You will perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures on projects that have clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Must be able to work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects while also giving direction to clerical and technical personnel.E.I.T. Requirements Requires a bachelors degree in Civil or Structural engineering. . Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or similar analytical software). Previous Structural design experience (internship or full-time work experience) is a plus. Positions available in Austin,Dallas, Ft.
