We have partnered with a medical device company located in Franklin Lakes, NJ.We currently have an opportunity for a TEMPORARY Supplier Audit Planner. The Supplier Audit Planner reports to the WW Manager, Quality Initiatives. The Supplier Audit Planner supports the Supplier Audit Program by maintaining supplier information, monitoring audit program execution and issuing reports. Interacts with quality and procurement functions at WW sites and with members of the Supplier Management Action Team to collect, monitor, analyze and report information which forms the basis for assessing the execution of the Supplier Audit program. Maintains and updates the Master Supplier List (Reviews the supplier information for accuracy - mfg site, address, using sites, status (active/inactive), correct business/segment).Creates the Supplier Audit Plan and assists with audit preparation by obtaining spend, quality history, supplier contact information etc.Monitors the audit program execution. Follow up with responsible individuals to ensure audit reports, corrective actions, and closeout memos are posted in a timely manner. Updates the Supplier Audit Plan on an ongoing basis. Issues reports and performs trend analyses for supplier audit program data.Analyzes audit findings to assist the Supplier Management Action Team in identifying continuous improvement opportunities.Conducts survey assessments for eligible suppliers.Maintains and updates the centralized database for supplier information.Assists with training on the Supplier Management Program. Basic understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO Standards.Experience and expertise with relational database management systems including Micorsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity with SQL or similar query languageExperience in database design and database reporting software e.g. Crystal ReportsWorking knowledge of Windows Operating systemsDemonstrated project management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively across diverse areas of BD2 Years experience in similar positionB.S. in Database Mangement, Engineering, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
