Sales Account Manager

Fire Safety Services, Inc., a proven leader in the fire protection sales and service industry with over 40 years in operation. With the recent retirement of our Sales Manager, it is critical for us to hire a highly motivated and effective individual to grow and manage our sales staff in the state of Ohio. The candidate will work out of our Huntsville, Ohio office.  This self-starter will work closely with the company’s sales staff to help create and manage new sales opportunities as well as manage existing customer accounts.  For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity that offers continued growth.

 

The Sales Manager is responsible for:

•  Driving sales growth and and customer satisfaction

•  Supporting and training current and new sales associates

•  Development of new programs and products to increase sales

•  Orchestrating trade shows

•  Handling all customer problems, process quotes and bids

 

Candidates must have:

• Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a business-to-end user environment

• Experience in driving sales through a Distribution Channel

• Excellent presentation skills

• Discipline and ability to work independently in both an in office and out of office environment

• 4 year college degree or equivalent

• Availability for evening travel including some weekends required

 

Prior experience in sales or marketing in the Fire Service market is not required but would be a plus
