We are currently seeking a high caliber Sales Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and coordination of Sales activities intended to have a direct impact on sales growth by facilitating the flow of information within and to/from the sales organization.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 The position is the focal point for all sales forecasting maintenance.  This includes running the in house forecasting software to establish a baseline, and then working with the relevant sales personnel to layer in market intelligence to fine tune the forecast on an ongoing basis.Perform administrative duties to support the development, implementation, and effectiveness of sales programs and all outside sales representatives.Assist in creating the sales department budgets.Run, analyze and report sales history for internal and external use for a variety of products.Manage the new dealer application and termination process. Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring dealer promotions and programs. Make sure customer contact information is up to date in appropriate places.

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree; or minimum three to five years sales administration experience.Strong knowledge of dinghies and dinghy sailing.Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and organizational skills.Effective time management and ability to multi task.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ability to become proficient in Navision and Demand Solutions.  Experience with order entry/ Accounting systems beneficial. Propensity toward self motivation and willingness to work in a high performance team environment.
