About the Position:
We are searching for an excellent Contract Administrator to join our sales team. The candidate must have 2+ years of experience, including: bidding/writing contracts, client management/response to customers, assisting with project management, quoting and data compilation. Must be eager to learn and willing to work, this is an entry level position, however we often promote within, and there is growth potential in this position. Must have typing skills, a satisfactory comprehension of the most recent versions of Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop a plus. Must have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, quick cognitive thinking skills, and professionalism. You will be interacting with clients & vendors. Rarely but occasionally travel within Texas will be required as well as the occasional weekend.

Duties:
- Customer Resource Management & Database maintenance
- Bid planning, organization and administration
- Quotes & Contract Administration
- Administrative Sales & Marketing Assistance including quoting, occasional cold calling, tradeshow assistance, project reporting & bid assembly, etc...
- Responsible for contract IFF payment administration
- Work w/ Operations Department on billing, purchasing, service calls & returns. Reports required daily.
- Keep database on vendor MDF funds & make claims against them
- Send out & monitor success of email marketing campaigns
- Work with printers to obtain pricing & status on business cards, literature, projects, etc...
- Schedule meetings & make travel arrangements
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

We are also seeking a Sales Assistant to assist the Contract Administrator. The candidate must have 1+ year(s) of administrative experience and prior experience in a supporting role.
 
Location:
This position is based in Plano, TX.
 
Compensation:
