EEO/M/F/D/VThe Sr. Sales HR Consultant will partner with sales management to identify, establish and execute HR strategies that support business goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, impact performance, morale, retention, motivation, employee engagement, and promote the development of employees and managers.

Core Responsibilities:Provide senior level consulting support to executive management and senior levels as assigned and will lead HR projects of a strategic nature. Provide HR consulting to sales managers and employees in functional areas of Human Resources including workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management and sales productivity, talent management, employee development & career planning, and compensation. Will coordinate and work closely with HR shared services for compensation, organizational development, change management, training, recruitment. Knowledge of sales compensation programs and general knowledge of quota planning is essential in helping partner with shared service compensation resources on sales plan designs.Will partner with Sales & Sales Operations leaders to ensure HR initiatives are tied to overall sales productivity goals. May be asked to provide Sales resources with industry guidance given the salesforce is selling to an HR audience and may seek more in depth HR expertise. This role is highly influential, consultative and advisory. Travel required - 25% to a max of 50%
