About You: You have a strong interest in relationship selling and a proven track record leading a highly successful sales team, as well as being a top performer who leads by example.  You have at least three years of direct selling experience, as well as 2 or more years in sales management.  You are a highly motivated, self drive, fun individual who is looking for a challenging, rewarding job in a company that rewards top sales performance.  Your challenge will include managing and growing established markets as well as newer territories. About the Role: Execute growth strategies to achieve territory revenue goals and assigned metric based goals Responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team of part-time sales reps as well as full-tie, employee based sales reps  Develop a deep understanding of the wedding business, our customers, business and products sold, regional preferences and trends  Obtain intimate knowledge of our customers and our organization  Accountable for goal setting, sales activity reporting for your team, and maintaining customer account data  Partner with team members to solve customer problems and provide diligent follow-up to ensure customers' needs are met  Participate in weekly sales calls, lead team sales calls and in-person sales meetings/training, and be prepared for monthly territory reviewsTo apply and submit your resume, please click here!
