Sales Manager - Puerto Rico

Are you a dynamic, bilingual individual that enjoys a challenge and can effectively implement creative sales strategies? 

If so, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager for the San Juan, Puerto Rico market of SCI Hispana, which is an operating division of Service Corporation International (SCI) that is focused on building SCI's Hispanic market share throughout the United States. SCI Hispana currently manages 50 funeral homes and cemeteries in Southern California, Chicago, Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, and El Paso, including the locations in Miami under the Memorial Plan brand name.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for forming and training of “Pre-Need” sales teams in new markets, and supporting established sales operations.

Duties and responsibilities:



· Identify and recruit sales personnel that meet profile requirements

· Mentor and coach field representatives

· Create environment for sales success by implementing creative sales strategies

· Assure effective and timely sales training within the sales group

· Determine sales strategies and establish goals for sales teams

· Support sales representatives with sales support/motivation and sales techniques

· Sales force planning, forecasting and management as per business plan

· Assist in sales presentations as needed

· Obtain and coordinate sales data from sales staff and member groups

· Produce sales reports, monitor sales data, trends and analysis

· Proactively conduct market research to determine customer needs and trends

Requirements

:





· Minimum 3+ years sales management experience, preferably in consumer services industry

· Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in Business Administration. Will consider work experience in Sales and Management

· Thorough knowledge of the sales process and experience in consultative sales approach and direct sales

· Demonstrated sales team development success throughout career

· Bilingual a must English and Spanish, must be willing to travel within San Juan  Metro Area

· Experience in start up sales organizations and organizing effective sales personnel

· Demonstrated knowledge and delivery of acute motivational techniques in team settings

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Exhibits professional demeanor, professionalism and high energy, self starter.

· Can mentor sales representatives and perform field sales work and evaluate sales visits

· Can hold and conduct sales training to large groups on sales skills and sales techniques
