The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an exceptional close percentage on prospective clients in a one on one sales environment (one-time close). Client appointments are scheduled for our sales team by our experienced appointment setters so there is NO cold calling. The positions main purpose is to enroll new members utilizing ethical sales practices. All of your sales appointments are conducted in our professional office environment…you will not be driving to your appointments. This role requires motivation, drive, ambition, communication skills, and interpersonal skills in a direct sales capacity.The right candidate possesses a proven ability to succeed in a one-time close environment. A proven ability to work to and exceed quota is essential. The candidate will be organized and have the ability to work independently.We prefer candidates who have previous sales experience or work experience in the following industries: Weight Loss/Hair LossTime ShareHealth/FitnessRetail/SalesPrevious dating service experience a plus!*** We will provide full training to succeed. *** Your energy and drive to succeed will be rewarded with a base salary and commission structure.
