Overview:

 

Our client, an established leading designer and manufacturer of RF antennas, components and solutions for the exciting and growing wireless communications industry, is seeking a professional, highly motivated, career minded “Team Player” to join them as they grow the company. Technology sales background helpful, but training will be provided for this product line.

 

Duties:Develop and maintain successful relationships with existing and new accounts with the emphasis on new business.Introduce products, services, abilities and capabilities to a variety of wireless equipment manufacturers, systems integrators with a heavy emphasis on developing OEM relationships with companies throughout the U.S.Be professional and able to sell the abilities and capabilities of the client's technologies as well as their extensive line of commercial products.Have a clear understanding of the sales cycle and be able to demonstrate relationship based selling skills.Contribute to the company’s sales goals by meeting and exceeding revenue expectations.Conduct analysis and research to identify new sales opportunities.Gain full knowledge of company’s products and procedures.Prepare product presentations and communicate technical information to customers.Be able to interact with Operations, Engineering and Marketing.Participate in travel (potentially 25 - 30%) to customer’s locations.Create and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal employees.

 



Requirements:2 to 4 years of technical sales experience preferred. Inside sales and/or face-to-face sales experience.4-year degree in business, business development or technical field helpful.Must be well organized/strong time management skills.Strong customer communication and presentation skills.  A desire to learn and succeed.Computer literate.

Compensation:First year salary base (up to $75,000), migrating to a salary base + sales compensation plan structure after the first year.
