Sales and Marketing

The Unified Group, a national association of independent commercial HVAC contractors based in Broadview, IL,  is looking for a sales and marketing candidate to develop and grow our membership base through lead generation, qualification, and relationship building.  The qualified applicant will possess skills in the following areas:  Membership Recruitment Establish a sales plan for member recruitment in open territories Research and market to prospective member companies Sell The Unified Group concept via, phone, webinar, conference calls, face to face meetings Maintain name awareness in closed territories Identify networking and referral opportunities Utilize and update contact management database Chair a membership committee Help the committee establish goals and objectives Develop agendas for monthly conference calls Coordinate member involvement in recruiting Assist with member retention Business Development Identify and develop a relationship with business opportunities partners National and regional corporations Manufacturers within the industry Develop a branding strategy and a plan for implementation Maintain relationships with existing business opportunities partners Coordinate opportunities received from business partners with the membership Chair a business opportunities committee Help the committee to develop goals and objectives Develop agendas for monthly conference calls Coordinate member involvement in business opportunities development Marketing Programs Create marketing pieces for member recruitment and business opportunities partnerships Design and create newsletters Develop ongoing marketing pieces to maintain branding message Assist in creating member marketing collateral 

Skills/Qualifications:  Excellent client relationship building skills, Customer service, Prospecting skills, Research skills, and Presentation skills.
