Description

 

The preparation and execution of the sauté a la carte line station on a daily basis

 

Daily preparation of banquet sauces

 

Rate of Pay to start at 13.00/hr

 

Requirements

 

Answer a short questionnaire on basic food knowledge and preparation

 

Associate Degree in Culinary Arts

 

Sanitation Certification

 

4 Years experience

 

Excellent knife skills (Must have full knife set)

 

The ability fabricate meats, fish, seafood and poultry. 

 

A working knowledge of stocks, reduction sauces, emulsions and purees.

 

Be neat, organized and maintain sanitary conditions

 

Be able to present food in a consistent and attractive manner.

 

Shifts are 8-10 hrs and are between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm

 

Able to work Weekends and Holidays

 

Have your own transportation.  We are located 2.5 miles from bus line.

 

Able to provide examples of previous cooking experience, including detailed descriptions of the prep and execution of the items prepared
