Scheduler/Routing

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to work for a leading Fire Equipment Company in the south suburbs. This position is fast paced and requires a lot of phone work.  To be considered you must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.  Must have a minimum of 1 year experience.  The hours are 8 - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Primary duties are: responsible for scheduling all semi-annual inspections for restaurant suppression systems as well as reschedules, cancellations and confirmations. Answer phones and schedule all inspection appointments on a daily basis.Check in assigned technicians paperwork daily to insure all paperwork is accounted for. Maintain organized and accurate files on each customer inspected.
