Essential duties and responsibilities include: * Ensuring resident and employee safety and well-being * Building security - locks, key control * Parking and traffic regulations * Theft prevention and investigation * Updating and implementing new policies and procedures * Emergency preparedness planning * Development and implementation of safety and emergency services related training for all community staff. *Establishment and maintenance of liaison efforts with federal, state and local law enforcement and fire department agencies.
