Security Sales Representative

Introduction:

Security and Investigations Group, LLC is currently hiring for a Security Sales Representative. Sales representatives act as an ambassador to our clients, listening to their needs, finding solutions to thier security issues and making sure our clients have a great experience. Sales representatives are expected to establish professional relationships with the clients, the clients should always feel they can trust Security and Investigations Group, LLC to take care of their concerns.

 

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs. 

Duties:

* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

* Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
