Senior Accountant to 75K

Company located in the Reliant Stadium area has an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant.  This position has the responsibility for the monthly close process, internal controls monitoring and SOX compliance.  Other duties include:

Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations

Assist with the preparation of the company's internal and external financial reporting

Research accounting issues and provide input into company policies and procedures

Special projects, as assigned

 

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting

Public accounting experience a plus

CPA a plus

Experience with Oracle Financial Systems

4+ years experience with General Ledger and Financial Analysis

Advanced Excel and Access skills

Team Player
