Will be responsible for the administration of workers' compensation claims involving daily contact with insurance adjusters, client advisor and field teammates to minimize company expenses. Track and report on open claims until resolution. Regularly update HR Coordinators, General Managers, and supervisors on changes in claims handling procedures. Must have a minimum of three years handling large and/or complex claims.
