As our Senior Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for managing vendor relations with several insurance carriers. This will include effectively working through escalated issues and analyzing vendor reporting to TriNet, as well as scrutinizing plan design elements to ensure that our customers receive the best possible benefits for the lowest rates. Your expertise and ability to educate and train internal staff (i.e. train the trainer) will be a crucial part of this role, as you will perform ongoing internal staff training on HIPAA privacy policies and/or new plan implementation efforts. This senior-level position requires strong, clear communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be consistently interacting with a wide variety of internal and external customers, from the new user to seasoned senior executives. Be prepared to create PowerPoint presentations using ubiquitous MS Office tools. Your experience with an HRMS (especially PeopleSoft) will be helpful as you analyze internal data like employee census and a CEBS certification will help move your name to the top of the list! CL3
