Respond to Finishing Department requirements to maximize productivity. Assist in investigation of reconciliation and inventory problems, as needed. Maintain cGMP compliance for area and operations.RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up and operate carton imprinters, insert counters and label imprinter. Code, inspect, and count cartons, labels and inserts. Issue label components to the Finishing Department for packaging of Biological and Pharmaceutical products. Reconcile “Record of Transfers and Usage of Printed Components”. Assist in investigate and resolve reconciliation and/or inventory discrepancies. Create, revise and prepare RSC shipper labels with Performance Series software. Maintain clean and compliant area. Maintain inventory in assigned areas. Instrumental roles in physical inventory conducted. Overtime as required on a rotation basis.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/equivalent Ability to lift 50 pounds.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years experience in Label Control or packaging field desirable, but not required. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.). Conscientious with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to establish and maintain sound working relationship with other departments. Working knowledge of A/S 400 Prism system, Excel and Word. Ability to multi-task.
