Senior Compliance Analyst
JOB SUMMARY: Reviewing client contracts and ensuring adherence to the compliance portion through collection, compilation, and delivery of data formulated to meet client specific documentation requirements. Requires an information architect who can concurrently operate in the existing environment while strategically planning and implementing re-engineered processes for the effective and efficient delivery of required documents. RESPONSIBILITIES: § Compilation of client reports and requested audit information utilized to evaluate COMSYS' performance as a supplier. Reports are client specific and can be required on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annual, or ad hoc basis. Ensure deadlines are met for each client report. § Produce and deliver reports calculating and documenting discounts or rebates due to specific clients. Prepare and process corresponding paperwork necessary for repayment. § Compilation of required documentation including background investigations, drug screens, and executed client specific documents. Ensure required documentation is compiled in centralized Strategic Account files for audit purposes. § Creation and maintenance of client specific spreadsheets for assigned accounts ensuring completeness of consultant files to an auditable level. § Assist the Director - Compliance with the compilation of required audit documentation within designated deadlines. § Interface with Client Service Representatives in the conducting of periodic audits of consultant CAF set ups to ensure accurate bill and pay rates, invoicing frequency, recording of client purchase order information, and backend discounts ultimately focused on reducing invoicing inaccuracies.
