Context of work will include deployment projects, development projects, small to mid-sized enhancements and on-going continuous improvement that involve integration within the SAP HR/Payroll processes or the utilization of employee data. You will serve as the Global HR design owner responsible for managing deployment delivery enhancements, and continuous improvement of the SAP HR, Payroll, ESS/MSS areas. This resource should have strong SAP HR functional/design and global deployment experience. In this position, the candidate will provide functional design and technical expertise and input into global SAP HR design decisions. The candidate will learn the design of the US HR model and provide direction and expertise to build out an SAP HR global model. This model will be deployed internationally. You will liaison with Technical, Basis, Portal counterparts as well as deployment teams to ensure the integrity of the overall HR/Payroll solution and processes. This position will recommend/introduce process improvements and SAP industry best practices to the overall HR/Payroll business practices and SAP HR support model. In addition, you will ensure alignment with SAP COE vision and processes.This position requires a Bachelors degree (Masters degree advantageous) and 12 years of variable experience that includes the following skills: experience and skill in SAP HR architecture, design and development. Specific areas within scope of the SAP HR Application: Payroll, OM, PA, Benefits & Compensation). Experience should include HR functional design and global implementation.
