Job Description:Position Information: Senior Credit Analyst Loan Analysis  Syracuse, NY Basic Function: Develops and analyzes all types of credit information pertaining to various types of loans.Position Responsibilities: - Evaluate and determine the credit risk of commercial clients through detailed financial statement analysis, industry assessment, collateral valuation, cash flow analysis and the ability to repay annual debt service.  - Assign an overall risk rating to the loan request. - Structure loan requests and monitor credit policy compliance. -Analysis of financial statements and cash flows -Evaluation of the adequacy of loan structures -Evaluation of borrower industry conditions -Analysis of personal tax returns, financial statements, and cash flows -Presentation of findings in a written document to be distributed to members of senior management Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field - One to Three years of experience analyzing commercial credit transactions. - Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. - Excellent analytical ability. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail.
