As our Senior Desktop Automation Design Expert you will be responsible for creating desktop utilities and automation applications for a global desktop environment. In your new role you will:* Develop and maintain intimate technical knowledge of our global desktop environment* Gather requirements, design, code and test desktop utilities and automation applications * Participate in break/fix utility and automation testing as well as major enterprise wide projects* Work closely with developers and project teams to identify and resolve issuesBasic Required Qualifications must include:* B.S. or B. A. degree in Information Technology or related field along with 7 or more years relevant experience or 9-11 or more years of applied experience required* General knowledge of unattended build processes and imaging utilities* Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems* Technical coding experience in Delphi, VB.NET, ASP.NET and SQL (4 years or more)* Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications should include: * Knowledge and demonstrated abilities within the software development lifecycle* Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies/practices* Well established high level of accuracy through quality assurance testing* Former support for desktop, client/server and web applications* Technical knowledge of Java, SharePoint or CITRIXPersonal Talents and Abilities should include:* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to significant amounts of change in work assignments* Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple, simultaneous projects* Strong self-discipline and organizational skills to work well under pressure* Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, listening, and relationship buildingSend your resume today!
