Senior Financial Analyst/Associate

In an effort to capitalize on Koch’s unique position for future growth, Koch Equity Development, LLC (KED) provides due diligence, financial modeling, and business analysis capabilities to the various Koch businesses in the course of assisting and leading M&A transactions and specific business reviews. This role will support the KED team with analysis, research, and modeling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Financial modeling and analysis with a focus on the valuation of both public and private companies. Preparing presentations on potential transactions for senior management that identify and assess synergies, utilize various valuation techniques, analyze financial risks, etc. Performing industry research and competitive analysis related to potential acquisitions. Assuming responsibility for 100% compliance with the laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to this role.

Strong business analysis and financial modeling skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, businesses, and financial institutions. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience building business valuation models. Previous due diligence/ M&A exposure. Investment banking with a focus on M&A. Big 4 accounting with experience in transaction advisory or valuation services. Bachelor's Degree. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA or Masters with concentration in Finance. CFA Charterholder or Candidate.
